The resort maintained its cleanliness, something I appreciated. The red snapper at Koi Oriental Restaurant was excellent. I enjoyed the atmosphere.

Check-in included a timeshare sales pitch. This took time after a long journey. played excessively loud music around the adults pool. I could not relax easily because of this.

i loved the adult pool area with all kinds of seats. the gym is clean and well maintained.. it has enough equipment. there are water refill stations everywhere, an excellent feature. i liked the nightly market every evening and i attended the evening shows, like the fire show.

the check-in was slow. i was sent to concierge before being allowed to check in. i was pressured into attending a three-hour morning meeting under the promise of gifts. refusal was not easily accepted by the staff.

the resort includes a gym that is clean and well-kept with treadmills and stationary bikes. water refill stations are conveniently located throughout the hotel. there are also multiple pools to choose from.

the rooms include a well-kept shower with good water pressure. the wi-fi service is fast and reliable throughout the entire resort. a fridge is refilled daily with beverages, and room service is available.

The room was okay, I guess. the fridge was busted, and so was the coffee machine. They replaced them quickly enough. The jacuzzi tub spewed out something nasty when we filled it. They cleaned it, but more... stuff came out. Our sink did not drain. At that point, I was so over it, I just skipped using it. I give up!
